Como es de público conocimiento el presidente de la Nación dicto el decreto 260-2020 el 12 de marzo que amplía la emergencia sanitaria en virtud de la pandemia Covid 19 decretada por la OMS.
Considerando desde nuestra CÁMARA priorizar y proteger la salud y la vida a todos nuestros empleados.
También es de vital importancia atender la situación de las empresas que conformamos la CAMARA magulladas por la contención de virus. El estado día a día se encuentra en la búsqueda de la resolución de conflictos
para las empresas, pero lamentablemente no alcanzan para poder paliar el pago de los impuestos, por más que se difieran los mismos. Esta situación nos lleva a los empleadores a quebrar en un mes sin trabajo.
La CAMARA nuclea a empresas de producción y dependemos de la producción, por lo tanto, si no se produce, no tenemos forma de poder cumplir con los compromisos tributarios y pago al personal.
Es por tal motivo que desde la CAMARA solicitamos retomar con las obras, cumpliendo con los procedimientos y medidas adecuadas aplicable a cada tarea o actividad en particular que permita resguardar la salud de los trabajadores en el marco de la emergencia actual.
Nuestra CAMARA tomara los protocolos establecidos por CAMARCO(CAMARA LA CONSTRUCCION DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA ) y UOCRA (UNION OBRERA DE LA CONSTRUCCION DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA) ambas publicaron protocolo de seguridad para implementación obligatoria de protocolos de seguridad e higiene en el trabajo decreto 135-2020 del ministerio de trabajo de la provincia de bs as y de la UOCRA:COVID 19 – Protocolo de recomendaciones prácticas UOCRA – Medidas de Protección y de Prevención
en las Obras, adjuntamos protocolo de UOCRA a implementar en las obras y evitar el contagio de COVID19.
Ante todo, lo expresado anteriormente solicitamos nos otorguen alta de actividad
